Tell us what you are facing. We will tell you whether we are the right fit.
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute scoping call. No cost, no obligation, and no pitch deck. If another practice is a better match for your situation, you will hear that.

Questions asked before the call
What does an engagement cost?
Pricing varies by program type, duration, and volume, and is quoted in a written proposal after the scoping call. Bulk and multi-year institutional partnerships are priced differently from single engagements.
Can programs be adapted to our context?
Yes, and they always are. Length, format, focus, and examples are contextualized to your institution before delivery. Programs can be mapped to your leadership competency framework on request.
Do you work outside post-secondary?
Yes. Corporations, municipalities, and community organizations, alongside the post-secondary work.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. A single workshop, a keynote, or a short coaching series is a reasonable first engagement, and most institutional partnerships begin that way.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. When an organization sponsors coaching, the sponsor receives confirmation of attendance and progress against the agreed objectives. The content of sessions stays between the coach and the client.
